Came across this place on the way from Holmfirth, we were very pleased with the fantastic meal as well the lovely staff and good service. My partner had Liver & Onions and I wanted a vegan option, I had a pasta dish with garlic bread which was one of the best meals I have had in a restaurant. Highly recommended.

Lovely food, good portions, excellent service. I went with my grandad this evening and he loved it, especially as he has been going to the Foxhouse for many years now so he had a lovely time.

The excellent and well lit car park is the first positive thing you encounter. Then next comes the warm welcome from the staff and the excellent ambiance in the restaurant. The bar has a wide range of drinks and the menu is varied and competitively priced. All of our meals were excellent, I had the fillet of Salmon. Service from the staff throughout the evening was excellent. Attentive, pleasant and efficient. A really superb dining experience and highly recommended.
Friendly, warm and welcoming, offering a great menu with generous portions and a great selection of food, from classic British dishes to something a little more special. The desserts are amazing. Family friendly, highchairs available. Worth going out of the way for.

Visited on a Thurs night with friends. Attentive staff who served us immediately. Food menu was comprehensive and when it arrived the quality and quantity was brilliant Tasted amazing and so much food we had no room for puddings. My friend is coeliac and she was well catered for. A great night in beautiful surroundings, the pub is stunning.
